One of the worst managed places i have been with the worse ever, slowest and most unfriendly customer care ( guys at the reception). the guys in the cafe and the actual jumping area are lot better than what we saw at the reception. if you need to ask a question you need to find a person in this venue ( which is not easy to find)

After being unable to attend the jumping session planned due to the storms (which was completely understandable), we waited to hear back from the company about a refund or reschedule. We heard nothing. Filled in forms on the website multiple times. Emailed them. Called them. No response. Still waiting and there's no sign of rescheduling our session or a refund.

Not a good one awaiting refund for over 3 weeks now was told it would take 1/3 day I have also sent four emails which have also been ignored.I have followed the complaints procedure via the ombudsman and the case will now be passsed over to them to recover what is owed to me. Ref Bkn0000381704

We attended a birthday party that lasted 2 hours & had thought about booking a party for our own daughter but the whole experience was soured when a few days later we have been struck with a parking charge of £100 for our stay of 2hours and 15minutes.
We were not made aware of this by staff at Oxygen.
Because of this experience we will not be returning.

I booked a birthday party, I then had a change of mind due to various reasons (at the top of the list is the fact that we tried to reach them constantly for 10 days before they answered a phone call which was about dietary requirements!). When we got through to them I informed them I'd like to cancel the booking (5 weeks in advance), I was asked to email, which I did, I let them know my reasons for cancelling and was told they cannot offer me a refund as they have a 24 hour cancellation policy... 24 hours?! Even when cancelling 5 weeks in advance?! I replied to dispute this asking for a full refund as when I called to make the booking they had not discussed any of these 'policies' with me. Since this mail 2 weeks ago they have not responded to that or any of my follow up mails. Literally just ignoring me.. no discussion about options or lack of for getting my money back. It's frustrating and very unprofessional. Needless to say a credit note now is not good enough as I would not want my child or any of her friends going here. Just avoid it, they were so quick to take the booking and the deposit. Disappointing!

My 5 year old really enjoyed her visit. Lots of bouncing and balancing, excellent for motor skills and confidence. Nice clean environment. Great coffee too.
Remember to enter you car reg because Parking Eye operate the car park. Free up to 2hrs, but £100 thereafter if you haven’t registered your reg number.

Fun trampolining place for adults and children.
£12.50 per hour session per person.
£8.50 for carer and person being cared for.
Fun for the children, clean, very expensive cafe. Very short staffed at front desk. Staff on trampolines not very friendly to younger children and or not trained in working with children and how to communicate effectively. Arrive at least 20 mins before your session.
Soft play area for under 5's.
